14-Day Return Policy

You may return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order. To qualify for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:

  • The item is unused, unworn, and unwashed

  • The item is in the same condition that you received it

  • All original tags, labels, and packaging are intact

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is provided

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a refund.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items are not eligible for return, including:

  • All sale or clearance items

  • Digital products or downloads

  • Gift cards

  • Items purchased during special promotions or final-sale events

How to Start a Return

  2. Order number

  3. Item(s) you wish to return

  4. Reason for the return

Once approved, we will provide instructions for completing your return.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return is received.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or denial:

  • Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method.

  • Refunds may take 5–7 business days to appear depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or style, please return the item for a refund and place a new order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will replace the item at no additional cost to you.​
