The Miami HEAT have entered a new multi-year partnership with JPMorganChase, naming the global financial company the Official Financial Services Partner of the HEAT and Kaseya Center.
The partnership brings together two organizations with deep connections to Miami and the greater South Florida community. It will introduce new benefits for HEAT fans, exclusive experiences for Chase cardholders, branded enhancements inside Kaseya Center, and community programs focused on financial literacy, youth development, and economic opportunity.
New Benefits for Miami HEAT Fans
One of the biggest elements of the partnership is the collection of new perks available to eligible Chase cardholders.
These benefits will include:
Early access to select Miami HEAT tickets and merchandise
Free shipping on eligible retail purchases
$20 off every $100 spent on qualifying purchases inside the arena
$5 off every $30 spent at participating Kaseya Center concession stands
Access to a dedicated entrance at Kaseya Center for eligible Chase cardholders
Special hospitality opportunities and premium fan experiences
These perks could make attending a HEAT game more convenient and affordable for Chase customers, especially fans who regularly purchase tickets, merchandise, food, and drinks at Kaseya Center.
Additional details regarding eligibility, participating locations, purchase requirements, and benefit restrictions are expected to be provided as the partnership develops.
JPMorganChase Strengthens Its Connection to Miami
JPMorganChase already has a significant presence in South Florida, with more than 3,000 local employees and approximately 2.4 million customers throughout the region.
According to the announcement, the financial institution also serves approximately 410,000 small-business clients and is connected to nearly $2 billion in economic activity within the community.
“JPMorganChase is proud to partner with the Miami HEAT—one of the most culturally influential organizations in sports and a defining part of Miami’s global identity,” said George Acevedo, South Divisional Director of Consumer Banking at JPMorganChase.
Acevedo explained that the partnership will create new opportunities for customers and fans to connect with the HEAT through exclusive benefits, premium experiences, and hospitality. He also emphasized the company’s long-term commitment to Miami’s culture, community, and continued growth.
A Partnership Built Around Miami and South Florida
The Miami HEAT have long positioned themselves as more than an NBA franchise. The organization has become a recognizable part of South Florida’s culture and identity, both on and off the basketball court.
That community connection appears to be a major reason the organization selected JPMorganChase as its financial services partner.
“We want to be connected with businesses who not only believe in the HEAT, but Miami and South Florida as a whole,” said John Vidalin, Executive Vice President and Chief Commercial Officer of the Miami HEAT.
Vidalin noted that JPMorganChase has been part of the local community for more than 45 years. He also highlighted the significant crossover between Chase customers and Miami HEAT fans.
The partnership is expected to create memorable experiences for that shared audience, whether fans are based in South Florida or following the team nationally and internationally.
Community Programs and Financial Literacy Initiatives
The agreement extends beyond traditional sponsorship signage and in-arena promotions.
The HEAT and JPMorganChase plan to introduce community activations designed to support local youth, improve financial literacy, and create greater economic opportunities throughout South Florida.
Although the complete details of those programs have not yet been released, the initiative could include educational events, financial wellness resources, youth-focused activities, and partnerships with local community organizations.
The collaboration will also result in new JPMorganChase branding and enhancements throughout Kaseya Center.
Partnership Celebration at Chase Bank Locations
To officially tip off the partnership, HEAT Legend Glen Rice will join Burnie, the Miami HEAT Dancers, and the Hoop Troop for appearances at two Chase bank locations on Thursday, August 13.
The celebration schedule includes:
Downtown Miami
Location: 150 SE 2nd Ave., Miami, FLTime: 9:15 a.m. to 10:15 a.m.
Little Havana
Location: 1901 SW 8th St., Miami, FLTime: 10:45 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.
The appearances will give fans an opportunity to celebrate the new partnership while connecting with familiar members of the HEAT organization.

What the Partnership Means for the Miami HEAT
Major financial services partnerships have become an increasingly important part of professional sports. For the Miami HEAT, this agreement adds another globally recognized company to the organization’s business portfolio while creating tangible benefits for fans.
For JPMorganChase, the deal strengthens the company’s visibility across Miami and gives it a closer connection to one of South Florida’s most influential sports and entertainment brands.
The partnership also reflects the continued growth of the HEAT’s influence beyond basketball. Through fan experiences, arena improvements, community outreach, and financial education programs, the collaboration has the potential to make an impact throughout South Florida for years to come.
